Shipping policy

You can enjoy Standard flat-rate shipping for $9.95 Australia-wide.  

Due to postage service delays during COVID-19, Express Shipping is not offered currently as shipping times are not guaranteed.  This will be reviewed at a later date.

Australian Art Prints are eligible for FREE shipping and this will be reflected automatically at checkout.  If prints are purchased in conjunction with other products, shipping will be added according to the general rates above.  Prints are made to order and shipped separately to other items in the store.

Local Pickup (Penshurst, Sydney) is also FREE and can be selected at the time of checkout.  You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect.  Normally this will occur within 24 hours of purchase or on the next business day.

FREE contactless local delivery (within 5km of Penshurst) is being offered during COVID-19 restrictions.  At checkout, please select Local Pickup and we will contact you to confirm whether you would like your order delivered (or if you would like to collect).

Shipping carriers include Australia Post and Sendle (a carbon-neutral service).

All orders will be fulfilled & dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, or on the next business day. Allow around 3-5 days for delivery (after dispatch) for all destinations within Australia.

Some dōTERRA products may be shipped directly from the dōTERRA warehouse depending on stock levels and in-store demand.

A tracking number will be provided by email for each order.  Although every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, seasonal delivery delays are to be expected and out of our control. 

Currently we do not offer international shipping.
