Hand crafted by me right here in Australia using only the purest essential oils and carrier oils, they each use the benefits of traditional herbal medicine and aromatherapy to support your health and wellbeing.
MINDFUL is a thoughtfully crafted blend including the beautifully uplifting and refreshing Douglas Fir essential oil balanced with the spiritually calming and relaxing properties of Black Spruce and Cedarwood essential oils. Patchouli essential oil brings a rich earthy aroma to the blend providing a grounding effect on emotions whilst Frankincense essential oil calms the mind and nervous system. This blend is perfected with the addition of the deep and exotic Vetiver essential oil, traditionally used to relax the mind and relieve mild aches and pains.
INGREDIENTS
Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil, Douglas Fir, Black Spruce, Patchouli, Frankincense, Cedarwood, Vetiver.
USAGE
Apply to pulse points and inhale from palms to support centred, grounded and balanced feelings and aid in focus and meditation.
WARNINGS
Topical Use Only. Discontinue use if irritation or skin sensitivity occurs.
Not to be used inside the eyes, nose or ears.
Avoid sun exposure for 12 hours when using citrus essential oils on the skin. Some exceptions apply, including Tangerine, which is non-phototoxic.
Essential oils, although natural, can cause contraindications. Please seek advice from your health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.
