Developed specifically for boys and girls in Years 10-12, this interactive workshop will help teens explore their character strengths and identify their positive qualities.
When we know our strengths, we have a better understanding of who we are and what we are capable of. This invaluable knowledge of self can be applied to all areas including school, work and life.
Facilitated by Karen Argy, a local integrative pharmacist and life coach with extensive experience. Snacks and drinks will be provided to prevent hangry feelings.
